3. Profile Visibility

You agree and confirm that, amongst other functions and purposes, Safqa processes data to:

  • Provide and operate the Services;
  • Authenticate Users and secure accounts;
  • Process subscriptions and payments;
  • Send system notifications and service updates;
  • Detect fraud, abuse, and misuse;
  • Analyze usage and improve features;
  • Comply with legal and regulatory requirements.

5. Data Sharing and Disclosure

Safqa does not sell Personal Data. Safqa may disclose or share Personal Data only:

  • With Providers and exchanges for compliance and lawful use verification;
  • With Service Providers (Firebase, AWS, SendGrid, RevenueCat) under contractual confidentiality and security obligations;
  • With regulators or law enforcement when legally required;
  • In business transactions such as mergers, acquisitions, or reorganizations;
  • In aggregated or anonymized form, which cannot identify Users.

6. Data Retention

  • Data is retained only as long as necessary for contractual or legal obligations.
  • The following timing considerations apply with respect to data retention:
    • Registration/account data: retained until account deletion.
    • Transaction data: retained for such duration as required by applicable laws.
    • Analytics/logs: retained for a limited operational period.
  • Once the retention purpose or the mandatory legal retention duration expires, Personal Data is either deleted, anonymized or dealt with in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

7. International Transfers

  • Personal Data may be transferred internationally to Service Providers or other individuals or entities for purposes connected with the Services. You hereby expressly consent to such transfer. You also consent to the transfer of your Personal Data outside of your jurisdiction, including for purposes of storing, hosting or processing your Personal Data in servers that are located outside of your jurisdiction.
  • Safqa ensures adequate protection via contractual clauses, technical safeguards, or reliance on adequacy decisions.
  • Primary hosting is on Amazon Web Services (AWS). By agreeing to this Privacy Policy, You are deemed to have also agreed and consented to AWS’s privacy policy which is accessible at https://aws.amazon.com/privacy/ as it may be amended from time to time or the privacy policy of any other service provider that may replace AWS.

8. Data Security

Safqa applies organizational and technical measures, including:

  • Encryption in transit and at rest;
  • Access controls and monitoring;
  • Security training and internal policies.

In the event of a breach, Safqa will use its best efforts to notify affected Users and regulators in compliance with the law.

9. User Rights

Users may exercise the following rights in connection with their Personal Data:

  • Access — confirmation of processing and copy of Personal Data.
  • Rectification — correction of inaccurate or incomplete Personal Data.
  • Erasure — deletion of Personal Data, subject to legal obligations.
  • Portability — receipt of Personal Data in structured, machine-readable format.
  • Objection — to processing of Personal Data.
  • Withdrawal of Consent — for processing of Personal Data based on prior consent.
  • Complaint — to supervisory authorities.

Requests may be sent by email to support@safqa.com. Safqa will use its best efforts to respond to requests within ninety (90) business days or notify Users if additional time is required to process their requests.

10. Minors

Safqa does not knowingly collect Personal Data from individuals under the age of 21. If Safqa becomes aware that Personal Data has been collected from a minor without consent, it will be deleted promptly.

11. Changes to This Policy

Safqa may update this Privacy Policy from time to time in its sole discretion. Significant changes will be communicated within the App, on Safqa’s website or through any other means determined by Safqa in its sole discretion. Users are advised to review this Privacy Policy regularly for updates.

12. Third-Party Sites and Services

The App and/or Safqa’s website may contain links to third-party websites, products, and services. Information collected by third parties from you, which may include your Personal Data, is governed by their privacy practices. We advise you to learn about the privacy practices of those third parties before engaging with them and/or disclosing your Personal Data to them. Safqa assumes no responsibility and accepts no liability whatsoever as a result of your decision to share your Personal Data with third parties.

The App and/or Safqa’s website, the Services and email messages may use “cookies” and other similar technologies. These technologies help us better understand User behavior, tell us which parts of our website and/or App people have visited, and facilitate and measure the effectiveness of web searches.

You agree to Safqa’s use of cookies or similar technology in connection with the provision of the Services. If you want to disable cookies, you may modify your browser settings. Please note that if you disable the cookies, you will alter your experience and certain of our online features and capabilities will not be available to you once cookies are disabled.
